About The Position

Jim Shorkey North Huntingdon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Auto Sales Consultant to join their high-performing team. As a recognized leader in the automotive world, they offer a fast-paced, rewarding environment where ambition and talent can truly shine. The role involves building relationships with customers, exceeding sales goals, conducting product demonstrations, presenting sales proposals, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. The consultant will also maintain a professional appearance, represent the brand, and participate in team meetings and training.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of auto sales experience, preferably with CDJR brands.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
Confidence in negotiating and closing deals.
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Availability to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
Exceed monthly sales goals by confidently selling new and pre-owned Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate vehicle features and benefits.
Present tailored sales proposals that align with each customer’s preferences and budget.
Manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to test drive to final delivery.
Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Jim Shorkey brand with pride.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay sharp and informed.
