Elliott Bay Automotive is seeking a select few Auto Sales Consultants to join their team, focusing on the sale of luxury, lifestyle, and adventure vehicles. The dealership houses two distinct brands: Elliott Bay Auto Brokers, specializing in luxury pre-owned vehicles, and Elliott Bay INEOS Grenadier, focusing on rugged 4x4s and overlanding vehicles. The company emphasizes a supportive, fun, and forward-thinking work environment, contrasting with high-pressure sales tactics. Requirements
- Prior auto sales experience required (luxury, lifestyle, or overlanding brands a major plus)
- Professional and personable — you know how to connect without being pushy
- Tech-comfortable: CRM systems, texting platforms, social media tools, video walkarounds, etc.
- Self-driven with a strong follow-through mentality
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screenings
- Passion for vehicles — from high-end German luxury to rugged 4x4s with rooftop tents
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.

- Help clients through the full buying journey — from first contact to post-sale follow-up
- Match customers with the right vehicle for their lifestyle, whether it's city luxury or off-road adventure
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge across our luxury and overlanding inventory
- Communicate via phone, email, text, video, and social media — wherever your clients live
- Build relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
