About The Position
As the Auto Retention Associate working in one of our innovative Connect Centers, you are responsible for advising new and existing clients over the phone on how to best protect their assets when it comes to automobile insurance. Building relationships and offering solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products while achieving performance targets.
Requirements
- Strong conversation skills, detail oriented and computer systems proficiency
- High school education or equivalent
- Customer service and or call center experience an asset
Nice To Haves
- Level 1 Insurance License an asset
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients, colleagues and leaders so you can deliver a best-in-class client experience
- Provide a wide variety of auto insurance services including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments and more
- Creatively offer a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products over the phone
- Document all client conversations to minimize errors and future issues
- Place outbound calls to enhance retention, focus on call to sale conversion
- Manage inbound call volume through servicing calls in an efficient manner
- Upsell and cross-sell other insurance products from our other departments
- Consistently meet sales targets and telephone metrics
- Receiving and processing payments in accordance with company policy
- Using ICBC Policy Centre, our BMS EPIC and multiple other software solutions
- Administrative duties, such as preparing documents, filing
