This position manages, investigates and resolves vehicle damage claims for total loss and non-total loss claims. The candidate will provide quality customer service to meet the needs of the insured, claimant, and all internal and external customers. This role works a hybrid schedule that requires working from the office Monday through Wednesday, with the option of working Thursday and Friday remotely.
