About The Position

Classic Collision is hiring an Auto Parts Manager. The role supports timely vehicle repairs by receiving, verifying, organizing, tracking, and distributing parts according to center procedures. The manager also handles incorrect or damaged parts, outstanding orders, credits, and urgent parts runs, while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The position requires clear communication, organizational skills, general parts knowledge preferred, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, by phone, and in person.
Strong organizational skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Successful completion of a background check required.
Integrity, respect, and accountability in interactions.
Ability to provide high-level customer service and build customer satisfaction and retention.
Ability to contribute to a positive team spirit and support team efforts.

Responsibilities

Verify and distribute parts accurately, efficiently, and on time in accordance with center procedures.
Check in, tag, and distribute parts immediately upon receipt or by 9 a.m. for overnight deliveries.
Verify that parts are correct using mirror matching.
Distribute parts to parts carts or containers and deliver them to workstations.
Post and scan parts.
Return and reorder incorrect or damaged parts.
Track incomplete orders, including outstanding orders, backorders, and credits, and follow up as needed.
Complete parts hot runs as necessary.
Maintain pending credits at zero.
Keep the work area clean and well organized.
