The Manager in Training will travel to several Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts stores in the area while training to become a Store Manager. This role encompasses various management functions including purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and personnel work. The incumbent will also engage in over-the-counter direct sales, make deliveries, process customer orders in person or over the phone, and contribute to the overall success of store operations by promoting sales programs and participating in customer and team-related activities. Replacement Parts, Inc. and Crow Burlingame, operating in the aftermarket automotive parts, paint, and heavy-duty parts business, employs over 1,400 individuals across approximately 220 locations in 12 states. The company, a privately held business, celebrated 100 years of service in 2019.
