Auto Parts Specialist (Parts Counter Sales) – Full-Time Join Our Team Be the face of Sanel NAPA! As an Auto Parts Specialist, you’ll help customers find the right parts, solve problems, and keep their vehicles running. Requirements
- Automotive knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic systems
- Team player with a positive, high-energy attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 18+ with High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving history
Responsibilities
- Help retail & commercial customers at the counter and over the phone
- Recommend the right auto parts the first time
- Use computer systems and catalogs to look up parts
- Process sales and handle cash/card transactions
- Support special orders, inventory tracking
- Act as a back up delivery driver when needed
- Work closely with your team to solve customer needs
- Keep the store organized, stocked, and customer-ready
- Follow safety guidelines and participate in safety huddles
