Requirements

The ability to work any shift.
Must complete internal or external assessment to determine appropriate communication, math, and problem-solving skills.
Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds with a partner.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 1 years of manufacturing experience is desirable.
Knowledge of Fabrication processes is a plus.
Leadership experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with fluency in English- both written and verbally.
Must have ability to work at a fast pace.
Maintain all the required standards for meeting or exceeding production goals.
