Requirements

Proficient use of hand tools and specialized auto glass equipment.
Ability to use technological devices such as computers, mobile devices and related technology efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to learn.
High School diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Complete background check and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines.

Nice To Haves

Prior automotive glass experience or 3+ years of relevant experience in the automotive industry required.

Responsibilities

Inspect, remove, and install windshields, back glass, door glass, quarter glass, and other automotive glass.
Repair eligible windshield chips and cracks according to industry standards.
Inspect vehicles for damaged moldings, clips, seals, and related components.
Perform ADAS camera calibration or coordinate calibration when required.
Communicate professionally with customers and explain completed services, as well as complete required service documentation.
Follow company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable industry standards.
Continue education of the latest products and procedures in auto glass repair, and earn a Portland Glass Auto Glass Certification and Autel Certification in ADAS Recalibrations.
