About The Position
On The Spot is looking for individuals ready for a career change to become Auto Detailing Technicians. We provide comprehensive training, so prior detailing experience is not required. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in trades, warehousing, delivery, restaurants, dealerships, landscaping, construction, customer service, or other hands-on environments who are seeking more independence, hands-on work with a visible result, less micromanagement, and a developing skill set. The company provides a company vehicle, tools, equipment, products, and support, with year-round work available.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for work.
- Experience in a hands-on environment (e.g., trade, warehouse, delivery, restaurant, dealership, landscaping, construction, customer service).
- Willingness to learn detailing skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver detailing results with independence and responsibility.
- Interact with customers.
