About The Position

At On The Spot, experienced technicians aren't hired so someone can stand over their shoulder all day. We provide the customers, schedule, company vehicle, equipment, products, and OTS standards. You provide the workmanship and customer experience. You'll learn how we operate, but we respect the experience you already bring. What matters here: Consistently producing professional results. Taking care of the vehicle. Arriving on time and prepared. Communicating professionally with customers. Taking ownership of your van and equipment. Knowing when you need support and asking for it. Representing OTS well when you're working independently. If you're doing good work and taking care of the customer, we trust you to do your job.

Requirements

• Experienced Auto Detailing Technician
• You already know how to detail.
