Auto Detailer
About The Position
Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Detailer to thoroughly clean vehicles before their final delivery to customers. The role also supports the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to appropriate locations and maintaining service tools and equipment in the detail department. Auto Detailers must follow Caliber and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards. The position offers hands-on experience in a production shop and opportunities for career growth, including promotion from within. Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits from day one; weekly pay with eligibility for overtime; paid vacation and holidays that begin accruing on the first day; and paid I-CAR and ASE training and certifications.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
- Able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
- Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous collision experience.
- Collision Vo-Tech certification.
