About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Detailer to thoroughly clean vehicles before final delivery to customers and support the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to appropriate locations. The role also involves maintaining service tools and equipment in the detail department and following Caliber and OEM standards.

The position offers $17–$20 per hour, with weekly pay and eligibility for overtime. Employees are immediately eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits, can begin accruing paid vacation on their first day, and receive paid holidays. Caliber also offers career growth opportunities, paid I-CAR and ASE training and certifications, and hands-on experience in a production shop.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision Vo-Tech certification.
