About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Detailer for its Service Center in Santa Monica – Lincoln. The Auto Detailer thoroughly cleans vehicles before final delivery to customers, supports the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to appropriate locations, and maintains service tools and equipment in the detail department. The role follows Caliber and OEM standards. Pay is $20–$22 per hour, with weekly pay and eligibility for overtime. The position provides hands-on experience in a production shop and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
• Able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision Vo-Tech certification.
