About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Detailer for its Service Center in Cedar Rapids - Southwest. The role thoroughly cleans vehicles before final delivery to customers and supports the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to appropriate locations. The Auto Detailer maintains service tools and equipment in the detail department and follows Caliber and OEM standards.

The position pays $16–$18 per hour. Caliber describes the role as offering hands-on experience in a production shop and career growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision Vo-Tech certification.
