About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Detailer to thoroughly clean vehicles before final delivery to customers. The role also supports the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to appropriate locations and maintaining service tools and equipment in the detail department. Auto Detailers are required to follow Caliber and OEM standards.

This role offers hands-on experience in a production shop and opportunities for career growth, including promotion from within and paid skilled training and certifications.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision Vo-Tech certification.
