About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Detailer to thoroughly clean vehicles before final delivery to customers. The role also supports the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to appropriate locations and maintaining service tools and equipment in the detail department. Auto Detailers are expected to follow Caliber and OEM standards. Compensation is up to $18–$23 per hour, with weekly pay and eligibility for overtime.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision Vo-Tech certification.
