About The Position

As a Dealership Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization and presentation of the dealership's parking lot and service areas. Your duties will include managing vehicle flow, parking cars, ensuring safe driving practices, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with service advisors to handle tasks such as key management, vehicle cleaning, and addressing customer requests, ensuring vehicles are ready for return after service.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass a motor vehicle report and drug screen.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle flow in service tunnel, service lane, service drive, and dealership parking lot.
• Keep track of key tasks.
• Clean cars.
• Drive customer vehicles.
• Field customer requests.
• Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.
• Clean parking lot, service area, and other vehicle areas.
• Service customer needs with a positive attitude.
