About The Position

As an Auto Damage Trainee, you’ll provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives when they need us the most after an accident. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers. Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred
  • Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
