About The Position

As a Field Auto Damage Trainee, you’ll provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives when they need us the most after an accident. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers. This is not a remote role; you will be required to work in the territory listed on the job posting. GEICO Fleet vehicle assigned and responsible for the Las Vegas, NV area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
