This is more than a customer service role. In this role, you’ll become a licensed claims adjuster and play a critical part in delivering on our promise to customers after an auto accident. You’ll guide them step-by-step through their claim, helping them feel supported during a stressful moment. No two days are the same - and your impact is real.

2+ years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
