About The Position

Launch Your Auto Claims Career with a Fortune 100 Company! No Claims Experience Needed, Paid Training & Licensing Included! This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per month in the Chandler, Arizona office, with additional in-person training requirements for the first 6 months. As a licensed claims adjuster, you will be fulfilling the promise made to customers by working with those who have been in an auto accident and need assistance. You will guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish, managing many moving pieces. This role requires strong organizational skills, expert time management, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. Your primary interaction will be speaking to and engaging customers who have just been in an accident and need your help.

Requirements

  • Engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to think critically, use resources, and seek answers when needed in a virtual environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing and multi-tasking capabilities in a structured paperless work environment.
  • Strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training and to handle/process claims.
  • General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the Chandler, Arizona office.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities
