About The Position

Caliber is hiring an Auto Body Technician at its Jefferson City Service Center. The technician performs collision repairs, from minor damage to frame rebuilds, using precise repair methods and working to restore vehicles to factory specifications. The role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality and safety, and collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience repairing vehicles after collisions.
• Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring components.
• Commitment to completing repairs correctly the first time.
• Strong attention to detail, including bolts and welds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and complete precise vehicle repairs without shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specifications.
• Reassemble vehicles with attention to fit and finish.
• Collaborate with the team to move vehicles through the repair process.
• Keep the work area safe, clean, and orderly.
