Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Frame and structural repair knowledge (pulling, straightening, squaring).
  • A no-shortcuts mentality and commitment to fixing repairs correctly the first time.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, avoiding guesswork and shortcuts.
  • Perform full collision repair, including straightening, aligning, and pulling.
  • Conduct panel and structural work to restore damaged parts to factory specifications.
  • Perform quality reassembly, ensuring proper fit and finish.
  • Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies.
