Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Proficiency in frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
  • A commitment to performing repairs correctly the first time, following blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Perform full collision repair, from minor damage to frame rebuilds.
  • Conduct panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
  • Ensure quality reassembly and final touches for a professional finish.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, including painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
