About The Position

Kaizen Collision Center in Tempe is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician who can produce. We’re not looking for someone who needs to be taught the trade. We want a technician who can step into a busy shop, take ownership of repairs, and turn hours while maintaining quality. You bring the skill. We’ll bring the work.

Requirements

• Professional collision repair experience
• Structural and non-structural repair skills
• Strong metal work and panel replacement experience
• Ability to follow OEM repair procedures
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Quality workmanship without unnecessary comebacks
• Dependable, production-driven attitude
• Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

• I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications
