About The Position

Caliber is hiring an Auto Body Technician at its Effingham Service Center to perform collision repairs, from fender damage to frame rebuilds. The technician will blueprint and complete precise repairs, restore panels and structural components to factory specifications, and reassemble vehicles with attention to fit and finish. The role involves working with painters, estimators, and front office staff, while maintaining a safe and tidy work area. Requirements

• At least two years of experience repairing collision-damaged vehicles.
• Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring vehicle structures.
• A no-shortcuts approach, including blueprinting repairs and completing them correctly the first time.
• Attention to detail in work such as tightening bolts and completing welds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities
