Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Experience with frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
  • A no-shortcuts mentality, focusing on doing repairs right the first time.
  • A sharp eye for detail, committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
  • Physically fit for the job, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Conduct panel and structural work, restoring vehicles to factory specifications.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
