About The Position

Kaizen Collision Center in Frederick, Colorado is hiring an experienced Auto Body Technician. This role is for a technician who can step into a busy collision repair environment and get to work, understanding structural repairs, panel replacement, metal work, OEM procedures, and what it takes to complete a quality repair without unnecessary comebacks. The position offers the opportunity to turn hours and make money in a production-focused shop with consistent repair volume.

Requirements

Previous professional collision repair experience is required.
Can perform collision repairs independently
Know how to turn hours while maintaining quality
Understand structural and non-structural repair
Have strong metal and panel replacement skills
Follow OEM repair procedures
Take pride in fit, finish, and workmanship
Are dependable and production-minded
Communicate well with the rest of the shop
Take ownership of their repairs
Valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
Repair and replace damaged body panels and components
Perform metal work and panel replacement
Complete repairs according to OEM procedures
Identify additional damage during the repair process
Work with estimators, parts, paint, and production teams
Maintain quality throughout the repair process
Keep repairs moving efficiently
Complete safe, high-quality repairs without cutting corners
