Requirements
- At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
- Experience with frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
- A no-shortcuts mentality, focusing on blueprinting and first-time fixes.
- A sharp eye for detail, committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and high standards.
- Physically fit for the job, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team-first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
- Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
- Conduct panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
- Ensure quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to move vehicles through the repair process.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
