About The Position

Caliber is seeking an Auto Body Technician for its Service Center in Norco. The role involves repairing collision damage, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, and returning panels and structures to factory specifications. Technicians blueprint and perform precise repairs, reassemble vehicles to meet fit-and-finish standards, collaborate with painters, estimators, and front-office staff, and maintain a clean and safe work area. Requirements

At least two years of experience repairing collision-damaged vehicles.
Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
Commitment to completing repairs correctly the first time and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with coworkers.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
