About The Position
Don Johnson's Cumberland Collision Center is expanding and seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician who values quality work and desires a long-term career. The position offers consistent, high-volume work in a modern, well-equipped, and clean facility. Technicians receive strong support from estimators and the parts team, and benefit from a stable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Leadership is committed to respecting technicians and removing roadblocks to their success.
Requirements
- 2+ years collision repair experience
- Strong body repair and refinishing skills
- I-CAR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license
- Takes pride in their work and shows up ready to contribute to a strong team
Nice To Haves
- Experience with welding and frame work preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform structural and non-structural repairs to OEM standards
- Repair and replace panels, frames, and components
- Complete welding, sanding, masking, and refinishing
- Work closely with estimators to execute accurate repair plans
- Document repairs thoroughly
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Ensure every vehicle meets quality and safety expectations
