About The Position

Don Johnson's Cumberland Collision Center is growing and looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician who takes pride in quality work and wants a long-term home. We provide a stable schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends, and leadership that respects technicians and removes roadblocks.

Requirements

• 2+ years collision repair experience
• Strong body repair and refinishing skills
• Experience with welding and frame work preferred
• I-CAR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license
• Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up ready to contribute to a strong team.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and non-structural repairs to OEM standards
• Repair and replace panels, frames, and components
• Complete welding, sanding, masking, and refinishing
• Work closely with estimators to execute accurate repair plans
• Document repairs thoroughly
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Ensure every vehicle meets quality and safety expectations
