About The Position

Carvana is seeking Auto Body Technicians with at least 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience to join their team. This role involves performing light bodywork, including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles, removing and installing bumpers, minor plastic welding, and small area bodywork such as Bondo repair. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Willingness to use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment)
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
