About The Position
Auto Body Painter (Industrial) – Marion, IN $20.00 per hour (Based on Experience) | Weekly Pay | Full-Time Fulltime, Benefits, and Weekly Pay Take your auto body skills into a stable, full-time manufacturing role with consistent hours, benefits, and growth. We are hiring experienced Auto Body / Collision Repair Painters to join a leading manufacturing team in Marion, IN. Schedule Options 1st Shift: Mon–Fri 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs 9:30pm-6am Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun 6AM–6PM (Work 36 hrs, get paid for 40) Overtime available
Requirements
- Auto body / collision repair / industrial paint experience
- Experience spraying and finishing
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in a production environment
Responsibilities
- Sand, prep, mask, and tape surfaces
- Spray paint using HVLP / pressure systems
- Perform touch-ups and finish work
- Mix paints and coatings to spec
- Ensure high-quality finishes on large equipment
