About The Position

Schuylkill County's #1 Top Rated Collision Center is seeking a full-time experienced automotive painter. This role involves preparing vehicles for painting after collision repairs, applying primer, paint, and finishes to restore vehicle appearance, and managing workflow to minimize cycle times and maximize efficiency. The painter will also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the paint shop and booths, collaborate effectively with team members, and participate in ongoing education and training. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an automotive painter in a collision repair center.
  • Knowledge of painting equipment, paints, and other materials used in the industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certification in automotive painting is a plus.
