About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to join their growing team. This role involves traveling to customer locations to perform minor automotive reconditioning, including paint touch-ups and full surface repairs, using advanced spray equipment. The technician will prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces, working independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions. The position offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to manage one's own day with a supportive team and ongoing training.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of a respirator in accordance with NIOSH Respiratory Protection Standards.
