About The Position

Harrison Performance is looking for an EXPERIENCED Technician. We are looking for a motivated, punctual, fast learning individual looking to work in a fast paced work environment; someone that can follow directions and think out of the box. Pay dependent on experience level. You MUST have references and MUST have your own reliable transportation. IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS LISTED, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Must have and maintain valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
Two years MINIMUM mechanical (on the job) experience.
Must have full time availability, Monday - Friday.
Must possess proficiency in driving manual vehicles.
Performance modification experience.
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship is a must.
Must provide at least two professional and two personal references.
Personal tools and tool box are required. (NOT Harbor Freight specials)
Must be able to effectively coexist in a team setting with a variety of personalities.
Must be able to positively accept constructive criticism and make necessary corrections.

Nice To Haves

ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.
Experience mounting and balancing tires preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine vehicle maintenance on modified and non-modified vehicles.
Test drive vehicles, and test component systems using both basic and specialized diagnostic tools and service equipment.
Install aftermarket, bolt-on parts and accessories.
Work on high end, performance vehicles in a fast paced environment.
Add modifications to high end vehicles.
Handle stressful situations and strict deadlines.
Maintain and clean shop equipment immediately after use.
Relay technical information to coworkers and customers; good communication is essential.
