About The Position
Dent Wizard is the nation’s undisputed leader in automotive reconditioning services and vehicle protection products. This position offers commission-based uncapped earning potential, with first-year earnings projected between $50,000-$75,000 and long-term potential of $70,000-$150,000+. The role involves traveling to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities such as paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques. The technician will prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection, working independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions, and delivering fast, flawless results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
