About The Position

MUST HAVE AUTO COLLISION EXPERIENCE!!! This position is responsible for determining the best methods, techniques, devices, and materials for surface finishing, performing all prep and paint procedures to ensure a top-quality finish. The ideal candidate will be capable of refinishing to a level consistent with OEM standards without rework, meaning no buffing, runs, or dirt. This role also involves disassembly and reassembly procedures, prepping projects for paint by removing grease, dirt, paint, and rust, and removing accessories such as chrome or mirrors. The technician will select and operate the correct spray gun for the material being applied. Additional duties may be assigned as needed, and job duties/descriptions can be adjusted or added based on business needs or management discretion.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE AUTO COLLISION EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team to meet shared objectives
  • Ability to work independently as well as parts of a team
  • Self-motivated
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Willing and able to pass a thorough background check
