About The Position

We are building a small, trusted support team to work one-on-one with autistic teens and adults in their homes and community environments. This is a private pilot phase, initially supporting friends and family, with the goal of growing thoughtfully and responsibly. We are seeking experienced, grounded professionals who value relationship, regulation, and real-world independence. This is NOT a caregiving role. Professionalism, discretion, and independent judgment are required. We are intentionally hiring slowly and selectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with autistic teens or adults
• Comfortable working independently in homes and public settings
• Emotionally regulated, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication skills
• Seeking long-term growth, not short-term hours
• Background in ABA, OT, SLP, Special Education, Psychology, or related fields
• Experience with sensory regulation, executive-function support, or AAC
• Interest in mentorship, training, or leadership over time
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.)
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in home and community settings
• Support regulation, communication, daily routines, and independence
• Accompany individuals on community outings (errands, activities, appointments)
• Collaborate respectfully with families as needed
• Maintain a calm, dignity-first presence during anxiety or sensory overload
• Work independently with strong professional judgment
