We are launching a unique Autism Independence Program that helps autistic teens and adults apply skills learned through ABA, OT, speech therapy, school programs, and other services into meaningful real-life independence. This role provides oversight, staff coaching, family collaboration, and independence-focused planning within a non-clinical, non-clinic setting. The focus is on independence, dignity, autonomy, and quality of life, with the opportunity to help build a program from the ground up and potential for leadership growth.
