About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Autism Behavior Technician (BT). The role involves building skills through play and connection, tracking progress, documenting sessions, and creating a safe, positive environment. We provide comprehensive training to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within your first 45 days, with ongoing mentorship and career development opportunities.

  • Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days
  • Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment — we'll prepare you
