We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Autism Behavior Technician (BT). You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 6 years in a center-based environment, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves building skills through play and connection, tracking progress, documenting sessions, and creating a safe, positive environment. We provide comprehensive training to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within your first 45 days, with ongoing mentorship and career development opportunities.
