Behavioral Perspective (BPI) is seeking passionate individuals to join their team as Behavior Technicians, providing therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. The role involves working directly with clients on a one-on-one basis to help them develop self-advocacy skills, acquire life skills, enhance communication, learn socially significant behaviors, manage challenging behaviors, and improve social interactions. This position requires individuals to serve as positive role models and advocates, witnessing the meaningful impact of their efforts on clients' lives.
