Requirements

US or foreign registration / licensure as an architect OR certificate in Urban Design.
1 year of experience working for or with government agencies.
1 year of experience working on streetscape projects.
4 years of experience with AutoCAD, Sketchup, and InDesign.
4 years of experience with Construction documents and site analysis.
4 years of experience with managing projects and tasks to a budget.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects and/or technical tasks including large and complex projects with unique technical urban design challenges, multiple subconsultants, large budgets, and the need to coordinate numerous parallel tracks of work.
Manage and coordinate the work of multiple staff and subconsultants.
Serve as lead designer for projects with a high level of design complexity.
