About The Position

This role involves ensuring that applications and required documentation submitted through the portal are complete, current, and valid. The auditor will verify that data entered complies with federal and State requirements, policies, and procedures. This includes navigating various federal and State databases to confirm the accuracy of supplied information and contacting providers for clarification when necessary. The position also requires entering and updating provider information in internal systems, meeting production and quality standards, and filing, maintaining, and uploading documents according to established procedures.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to be flexible, innovative, and work independently.
• Ability to recognize and manage priorities with minimal supervision and as a team member.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience reviewing, verifying, and validating detailed or sensitive information using web-based verification sources.
• Data entry experience.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities
