About The Position

This role is responsible for auditing the quality of incoming loads, ensuring compliance with established standards, and identifying any deviations. The opportunity involves observing the quality of loads on arrival, taking pictures of compliance violations using multiple angles if necessary, identifying and documenting root causes through tablet procedures, and validating information prior to reporting violations. The role requires using multiple software applications for data entry, logging and reporting findings to a manager, and timely and accurate observation reporting. The position also involves working in multi-temp environments.
