About The Position

This role is responsible for auditing the quality of incoming loads, ensuring compliance with established standards, and identifying any deviations. The opportunity involves observing the quality of loads on arrival, reviewing loads for violations, identifying and documenting root causes through tablet procedures, communicating violations by gathering up to 50 photographs using multiple angles if necessary, and validating information prior to reporting violations. The position also requires the ability to cross-train in the clerk position.

Requirements

High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
High school diploma
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Attention to detail
Familiarity with pallet building standards
Demonstrated commitment to safety standards
Ability to work in a warehouse environment (concrete floors, changing temperatures)
Ability to frequently bend, crouch, stoop, and twist
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
Visual acuity to inspect loads

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
