About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. The Auditor I is responsible for processing and completing automotive-related title and collateral documentation in accordance with applicable state and county requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage a high volume of work while meeting established service-level, productivity, and quality standards. The position involves communicating with motor vehicle agencies, internal departments, and clients regarding title-related questions and issues. The successful candidate will work effectively in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational certification.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and departments across an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage daily workloads.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree or relevant professional certification.
  • Previous experience or familiarity with automotive, vehicle titling, lending, finance, or related industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of title-related tasks accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Follow established procedures and compliance requirements when sorting, organizing, validating, retrieving, completing, executing, and shipping documentation.
  • Use proprietary company software to conduct research and perform data entry.
  • Research, analyze, and resolve title-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Consistently achieve established productivity, production, service-level, and quality goals.
  • Communicate with motor vehicle agencies, clients, and internal teams through email and telephone regarding title-related inquiries.
  • Fax, email, and respond to documentation and information requests.
  • Follow all applicable corporate policies, procedures, safety requirements, and ergonomic guidelines.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Maintain schedule flexibility based on business requirements, including the potential for overtime, evening, holiday, or weekend work.
