The Role As an Audit Supervisor, you will take a hands‑on leadership role in client engagements, serving as a key link between partners, clients, and audit staff. This is a step beyond Senior‑level responsibilities and ideal for someone ready to supervise engagements and mentor teams.

Requirements

4–6 years of public accounting audit experience
Active CPA license (or actively pursuing CPA license)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Master's degree in Accounting
Prior experience acting as an in‑charge Senior or Supervisor
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Professional, dependable, and team‑oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service

Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
Serve as the primary client contact on assigned engagements
Apply strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation
Research and resolve accounting and audit‑related issues
Review workpapers and financial statements prepared by staff and seniors
Supervise, train, and mentor audit team members
Develop a deep understanding of each client's business operations
Support additional accounting and advisory services as needed
Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area
